Flowers, I believe, are one of God's precious gifts - little bursts of colour that can't help but cause us to smile. A reminder that there are still beautiful things in the world. 
I have chosen a plain, raw linen background to highlight the flowers themselves as the focal point - and to complement the beautiful native Australian florals, giving the piece a rustic look. These native florals are so iconic to Australia -  home, where the most beauty in life is found.
 
These two iconic Australian florals refresh the soul.The flowering wattle brings such joy with it's beautiful fluffy yellow bloom. And the waratah banksia, with it's stunning bright red flower, is one God obviously created not to be missed - a breathtaking call to see the beauty around us, to stop and reflect on the blessings we have been given.
